- [How do I pay the rent?](https://heidi.living/#faq): By Zelle. Your application ID is on your confirmation page and your dashboard: put it in the memo of every rent payment, so the payment is matched to your stay.
- [What happens to my driver's license?](https://heidi.living/#faq): It is encrypted and stored privately. It is deleted once your application has been screened, unless you choose to keep it on file for future applications, and you can remove it from your dashboard at any time.
